There are three major tips for staying healthy. First, taking exercise reqularly is a great way. In fact, you do not need heavy exercise to feel better. Your health will get better even with light exercise, like walking. Second, you eat a balance diet. For example, you must eat more vegetables and fruit instead of eating junk food. If you eat right, you will see the difference in your health. Finally, you sleep eight hours a night, you will keep in a brisk vitality all day. The more you take care of your body and your mind, the happier you will be.
