My Favorite Season - draft 1

My favorite season is spring. On one hand, spring is the most beautiful time of year. First, fresh breezes blow away the cold winter air. Leaves appear on trees, and new green stems push through the old brown grass. As spring moves along, meadows turn green, and animals come out from their long winter sleep. Soft sunshine warms the earth, and colorful flowers bloom. On the other hand, spring is also the best time to lay the foundations for the year to come. A Chinese proverb says, “The whole years work depends on a good start in spring.” If I make an effort to plant healthy seeds, I am sure to have a good harvest at the end of the year. I can take advantage of springtime to pave the way for future success. Therefore, I love spring extremely.
