Translation-Draft One

Television Programs
Choosing television programs carefully is important. Though television is the most significant channel to provide information and entertainments, it may have some weakness. Some programs which are filled with violence and lust make a disadvantage influence to teenagers. Spending too much time watching television will harm our eyesight. Therefore, we should choose some television programs which are good for our minds and bodies. The most important thing is that do not be a tellyholic.
Computers
Computers play an important role in our daily life. They can help students hand in homework quickly, and help people channel information in time. You must fall love with computers as long as you turn on them. Nevertheless, you must be sure to remind yourself that do not spend too much time sitting in front of the computer. Most parents do not like their children to depend on computers. Especially, it wastes time to discuss in bulletin board.
